Effects package

The Effects Package is designed for those functions where the client would like to add lighting and effects of various kinds to the party, or for other entertainers, such as live band, headlining DJ, or pre-recorded music set, and the venue, performer or client has provided the audio system. This package would be suitable for any of the Party, Reception or DJ Package functions, but is especially suitable for

Catwalk and fashion shows* Corporate marketing and product launch functions Kids parties with games or entertainers, such as magicians, and clowns

and includes –

  • Lighting operator.
  • Wash lighting for room and mood effects; stunning “full house” lighting and mirror ball effects; back lit screens for subtle wash effects, tailored to meet your needs#. Here’s the feel of what you get.
  • Client and venue coordination service.
  • Coordination with other entertainers.

The Effects Package has various options, depending on the client’s’ needs for the event. Flexibility to suit your event is paramount, so there are many different kinds of effects for different moods, such as: wash lighting, moving heads; projected flame and 60s psychedelic effects; strobes; smoke, as well as ‘star field’ and ‘sky wash’ laser effects (used in a safe, non-crowd scanning way).

Lighting supplied is from leading brands Martin™, Chauvet™,  and American DJ™.

* Extra charges may apply for DJ involvement in rehearsals; additional hours, post-midnight extensions; 24 and 31 December, 1 January; or for events at venues with restrictive load-in/out.

# Additional lighting and effects can be arranged with sufficient prior notification and quoted separately.
