This package is suitable for functions with dancing, and is offered in four options – ‘bar party’, ‘club party’, ‘banquet’ and ‘silent’! – to fit not only venue size but also the mood that the client is seeking to create at their function. The options are suitable for functions such as

• DJ (and MC if required), background and dance music from start to finish.
• Sound amplification system suitable for room size up to around 50 tables^#.
• A range of lighting effects, dependent on the function mood and venue size, that can be tailored to meet your needs^#. Here’s the feel of what you get.
• Wireless microphone for speeches, and/or for MC use if required.
• Client and venue coordination service.
• Coordination with other entertainers and/or planners.

Flexibility to suit your function is paramount, so there are four options:

• Banquet Package – a powerful audio and lighting package option designed to give a club-like dance-floor mood in larger venues, typically hotel banquet rooms and ballrooms.
• Club Party Package – a smaller but still punchy version of the Banquet Package intended for venues where space is more limited for the DJ, or for smaller dance floors, typically restaurants, hotel function rooms, and private member club function rooms.
• Bar Party Package – essentially the same as the Club Party Package but with less powerful lighting effects and a minimal footprint for the smallest of venues.
• Silent Disco Package – some stunning and very popular venues have limitations on loud audio after certain hours, so this package is offered either as an add-on to packages that provide music earlier in the evening and to allow the party to continue until later, or as a replacement for the entire audio package for the dancing segment of the party.

The Packages (except for the Silent Disco Package) are priced as a continuous 6-hour service (any period after 11 am and ending at or before 12 midnight). Longer duration, earlier start times, and later finishes are possible^*.

^* Extra charges may apply for selection and synchronization of runway and catwalk show music; for DJ involvement in rehearsals; additional hours, post-midnight extensions, 24 and 31 December, 1 January, or for events at venues with restrictive load-in/out.
