The Reception Package is most suitable for shorter functions and for those that only require background or mood music during, for example, a reception or meal, such as –

The package includes –
- DJ playing background music to meet your event needs and to entertain your guests.
- Sound amplification system suitable for room size up to around 50 tables#.
- Client and venue coordination service.
- Coordination with other entertainers.
- Mood lighting for room decoration can be added to the package subject to an additional charge.
- If a live DJ isn’t required, music can be pre-packaged and provided along with the audio equipment, however the operator will need to remain at the venue in case of technical problems.
The Reception Package is priced for your event as a continuous 4-hour service (any period after 11 am and ending before12 midnight). Both shorter and longer duration, earlier start times, and later finishes are possible*.
* Extra charges may apply for selection and synchronization of runway and catwalk show music; DJ involvement in rehearsals; additional hours; post-midnight extensions; 24 and 31 December, 1 January; or for events at venues with restrictive load-in/out.
